-The stories in Featured Stories are not for individual sale. However, every purchase of a Relic is accompanied with that story in a hand bound and signed chapbook.
-Once Found cannot guarantee that all stories are family friendly. At times, themes, words, and subject matters may be difficult, or have adult themes and implications. We aim to provide relatable and intimate moments of the human condition in fictional form, and attach those moments to the relics of our lives.
-The purpose of Featured Stories is to add depth and create a connection to the Relics. By creating a story that connects the Relics to human moments, it is our belief that we can keep our future rich with our past. Featured Stories are intended to create complex layers of emotion attached to each Relic.
-The stories in Featured Stories are written by TJ Bollinger, owner and operator of Once Found. You can see his Bio on the About Page. However, TJ dreams of one day having a collection of treasure hunters and writers to help create rich experiences for our clients and customers.
-All stories in Featured Stories are works of Fiction. When possible, the stories are fictionalized versions of the truth. Any likeness to any living person or institution is not meant to imply a true story, but rather used for dramatic purposes.

-Unfortunately, Once Found is not able to hold an item when you are trying to purchase it on the website. If you are in the Atelier, we can hold an item for up to an hour, before releasing it for sale in person and on the website.
-No. As of now, purchases must be made in full.
-As of now, Once Found only operates in full refunds, and doesn’t offer credit or exchange. If you make a positive return, you are more than welcome to use your refunded money to make another purchase if there is something you like even better.
-No. Unfortunately Once Found does not accept returns without a receipt to the Atelier. However, anything bought online will have an invoice created and that will act as your receipt.
-You have 14 days after you receive your order to make a return. This 14 day return window starts the day you order has been delivered (as denoted by tracking information,) or the day it is bought from the Once Found Atelier.
-No. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the exact condition it was when it was shipped to you. We will not accept returns if your order has been altered, worn, or damaged. All purchased items are photographed before being boxed.
-If you would like to make a return to Once Found, contact us HERE. You have 14 days after the date of arrival. We will email you a return shipping label. The shipping container is your responsibility, but we will pay for the process. Once the item is received, we will issue you a refund through PayPal or Square.
-Yes, because every order is insured, Once Found requires someone to receive and sign for the time to ensure that item has arrived on time, and undamaged. If nobody is home to sign, UPS will make another attempt. After that, you are required to go to the designated UPS hub and pick up the item yourself. You can sign for it there.
-First off, our heart is broken. A lot of time and care, a lot of heart and soul has gone into finding and writing about your item. If it is damaged, we are just as sad and mad as you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Once Found HERE. We will contact UPS on your behalf, and open an insurance claim to provide you with a full refund, and shipping costs to send your order back to Once Found.
-Yes. All items are insured to their maximum value. Items sold for under $100 come with free, automatic insurance. Items sold at more than $100 have the insurance calculated in the shipping cost.
-Shipping costs are calculated by weight, size, distance, and time in transit. The heavier, the farther, and the quicker, the more expensive the shipping. UPS offers shipping calculations. Once Found is not responsible for a difference in calculation versus actual shipping cost.
-UPS is widely known as the best commercial shipping agent for antiques, and is used almost universally in this industry. Once Found uses UPS for domestic shipping, and offers 2ND DAY AIR (2 days in transit,) and GROUND SHIPPING (4 days in transit) options to anywhere in the Continental United States.

-Unfortunately, we are not a commission business. If you have a Relic you’d like to see sold on Once Found, we suggest that you contact us HERE. Perhaps we can work something out, people doing business with people, if it means something to you to have us write a story about it and get it into someone’s hands who will appreciate it.
-Market value is taken into account when pricing each Relic; condition, rarity, and desirability being big factors. But, shopping with Once Found is a more immersive experience than buying an antique on an auction site. We are are brand of nostalgia, of memories, and of life. The Relics are thoughtfully curated, and all accompanied with a hand bound and signed chap book. All of this time, and care, is included when determining the price. By attaching each piece to the author’s story, the item becomes much more than an item, is priced appropriately.
-As self proclaimed treasure hunters, we find our relics the old fashion way. We hunt for them at estate sales, rummage yards, flea markets, leads, auction houses, etc. We buy Relics that speak to us, and tell a story. We believe it’s the story that matters, and the item is a vessel for that moment.
