If nobody is home to sign, UPS will make another attempt. After that, you are required to go to the designated UPS hub and pick up the item yourself. You can sign for it there.

We will contact UPS on your behalf, and open an insurance claim to provide you with a full refund, and shipping costs to send your order back to Once Found.
