RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNET SALES
You have 14 days from the time your package arrives for returns of item for a full refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as was sent. Once Found keeps a Photo Journal of all items before they are shipped. No item will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. All sales are final after 14 days.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNET RETURN-FREE INSURED RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us through the contact form at the bottom of this page to start a Return Ticket. Once Found will then email you a prepaid UPS label for you to return your purchase. Once Found will cover the shipping and insurance cost for your return, but not the packaging. Please bring the item to your local UPS store and have them package the item securely so it does not move around in transit. When dropping off the return with UPS, you must obtain a receipt from UPS.
We will check the condition of the item to ensure that it is not damaged or altered. If the item is acceptable for return, we will issue a refund through PayPal or Square, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us HERE.
RETURNS POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES:
Items bought at the Atelier can be to be returned for a full refund within 14 days . All sales are final after 14 days. No exchange or refund is allowed for an item which has been worn, altered or damaged.
We commit to resolving disputes within 1 to 3 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us HERE and we will respond within 1 business day.
Disputes not settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in Chicago, State of Illinois.
